1 Oral Presentation (Talk)
Individually submitted research papers that are thematically grouped. Time frame: 15 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for discussion. Presentations are best created in 16:9 format (powerpoint/pdf/html).
2 Poster
Posters can be displayed on the morning of the respective poster session and will be exhibited throughout the day. Poster sessions will occur without any parallel programs (in the presence of the authors). Size: Standard congress poster size (DIN A0; width of the display boards: 97cm). The designated display board will be marked accordingly.
3 Pre-data Poster
The pre-data poster format aims to allow researchers to present and discuss empirical research ideas in the early stages of a planned research project, i.e., before any data have been collected. A designated group of experienced researchers will visit the pre-data poster session who will provide feedback and advice on the proposed research project. To submit a pre-data poster, a title, a full list of authors, and an abstract summarizing the content are required. When submitting a pre-data poster, you will be asked to provide three to seven keywords. Although this format is open to everyone, we especially encourage submissions from first-year PhD students to get early feedback on their planned research projects.
4 Symposium
A pre-organized thematic group comprising 4-5 contributions. The total time frame is 100 minutes. Symposia should not consist solely of members from a single location but should include at least one contribution with a different affiliation. The symposium organizer submits the symposium's theme with a cover abstract, naming symposium participants as "co-authors" (Type of contribution: Symposium). Each presenter in the symposium then submits her/his abstract separately (as "Presentation in Symposium") and indicates the title of the symposium in the Comments field.
